Line Out on One Computer into Line In on Another Causes A Buzz/Hum

Are you trying to run a line out of one computer or device into a line in on another and you hear a buzzing/hum sound? The reason you are hearing the buzz/hum is because they are both grounded, which therefore causes a loop. What you need to fix this is what we call a “ground loop isolator.” This takes out the loop, leaving you with nothing but quality sound.

If you want a cheap ground loop isolator, check out the Raptor GL15 on Amazon for only $9.39.
